To ensure safety, security, and smooth operations at airports, warehouses, logistics centers, and other client locations, strict control is maintained over items that are restricted or completely prohibited inside operational areas. All personnel deployed through our company, as well as visitors and staff at client sites, are required to follow these guidelines.

1. Prohibited (Banned) Items

The following items are strictly not allowed within operational premises under any circumstances:

• Firearms, ammunition, and explosives

• Knives, sharp objects, and cutting tools (unless officially issued for work)

• Flammable substances such as petrol, diesel, gas cylinders, or chemicals without authorization

• Alcohol, narcotics, drugs, or any intoxicating substances

• Fireworks and hazardous materials

• Unauthorized electronic devices that may interfere with security systems

• Any item that may pose a threat to safety, security, or operations

Possession of banned items may lead to immediate removal from duty, disciplinary action, and legal consequences as per applicable laws.

2. Restricted Items (Allowed with Authorization Only)

Certain items may be permitted only with prior approval from site management or the client authority:

• Mobile phones in high-security or sensitive zones

• Cameras, recording devices, or USB storage devices

• Tools and mechanical equipment

• Batteries, chargers, and electronic accessories

• Chemicals or industrial materials required for operations

Such items must be declared, registered, and carried only for official work purposes.

3. Workplace Safety Compliance

All deployed manpower, including security guards, skilled and unskilled workers, and machine operators, must:

• Follow client-specific security protocols

• Cooperate with frisking, bag checks, and screening procedures

• Wear proper ID cards and uniforms at all times

• Report any suspicious item or activity immediately

4. Responsibility of Personnel

Every worker is responsible for ensuring they do not carry unauthorized materials into the workplace. Violations may result in:

• Suspension or termination of duty

• Penalties as per company policy

• Legal action where required

These restrictions are essential to maintain a secure, disciplined, and hazard-free working environment at all operational sites. Safety and security remain our top priorities.
