RRSM Global Services Private Limited has been certified under the PASARA (Private Security Agencies Regulation Act) License since 2020, authorizing us to provide professional security personnel services across Delhi Airport, New Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, and Jaipur.

With several projects currently in the pipeline, we are in the process of expanding our operations. In the near future, we will be commencing manpower and security services in additional regions, with a strategic vision to establish our presence across India (Pan India).

Our expansion is driven by our commitment to delivering compliant, disciplined, and professionally managed security and manpower solutions nationwide.

Over the years, we have developed a structured and efficient system for recruiting, training, and managing security manpower. Our approach ensures disciplined, reliable, and well-supervised security staff suitable for airports, corporate offices, warehouses, industrial units, and commercial establishments.

We specialize in deploying security personnel in accordance with Government (Central and State) notified wage rates, while strictly adhering to all statutory and regulatory compliances, including:

At RRSM Global Services Private Limited, we are committed to delivering compliant, cost-effective, and professionally managed security solutions that ensure safety, reliability, and operational continuity.

We train our security staff, for fix some days as per company SOP. For security staff our training equipment e.g. metal detectors, fire extinguishers, and LCD projectors. Our training has been converted into power point format and is delivered through LCD projector.

Continuous knowledge updating of  security staff, is done through monthly newsletter given to each and every staff every month.

We have our own vehicles extensively used for day and night checks.

Regular monthly feedback is taken from every client for each staff and based on this feedback every staff is given an incentive each month.
